With exceptional work ethics, extensive experience in sales, customer service, client relations and business support, I provide professional client/customer services to organizations that need reliable, results-oriented assistance delivering exemplary customer experiences.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

With an extensive background in automotive sales, manufactured home sales, banking, and front office management, I bring decades of experience in customer relations, sales, and administrative support. My diverse career has equipped me with the ability to adapt quickly, communicate effectively, and build lasting relationships with customers and colleagues alike.

I founded my client services business to provide organizations with flexible, professional customer support on a temporary, project-based, or contract basis—either remotely or on site. I help businesses maintain productivity, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and bridge staffing gaps with confidence.

My reputation has been built on a strong work ethic, professionalism, and dependability, with strong focus on customer retention.

Currently I serve as the Job Developer with United Way, working closely with seniors and organizations to connect talent with opportunity and build meaningful professional relationships. This experience has further strengthened my skills in communication, problem solving, and client service and has inspired my transition into providing contract customer service and administrative support to businesses.

As I transition from full-time employment, I am dedicating my experience and passion for serving others to helping businesses that need flexible, dependable customer support solutions.
